Banana & Peanut Butter Shake 1 serving 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp chia seeds 1-2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp honey ¼ cup non fat plain greek yogurt ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk Place all ingredients in blender, blend till desired consistency and enjoy! Add more liquids or peanut butter to adjust the thickness
