“Before I started training with Qunoot I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. My life was in shambles because of my low self esteem. I was not working, not as social as I used to be, and definitely not disciplined. In addition to my lack of physical activity, in one year I had developed extremely poor eating habits, literally going out to eat 3 or 4 times a day. “Before I meet Qunoot I was a certified couch potato. My past time was sitting and feeling sluggish. I could not go up the stairs without pulling up on the railings. Getting up from the floor was an engineering feat. I would use a chair to help me get up. Walking was a clumsy, awkward experience. I did not expect to be any better for my age (70 years old). Qunoot trained me for 12 weeks, 3 times a week. Also she created a diet to increase my metabolism. It is now one year later. I have kept up with the exercises and diet. Jogging up the stairs is common. I do not even think about getting up from the floor, it just happens. Walking is my favorite pastime. As a bonus I lost 23 pounds.I did not realize how out of shape I was before I started. The condition I am in is beyond my imagination. I am so grateful I had Qunoot as a trainer.”

“I’ve always been a runner and kept in shape, but decided in college I wanted to try lifting weights more. After a few months of steady lifting, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I fell out of my routine and let school and work take over. My weight fluctuated from the stress of school and I lost any strength I once head. This past fall, I decided I wanted to get serious about lifting and that’s when I found Qunoot. I began training with her for two and a half months, and she got me on track with different exercises and how to lift correctly. She helped me clean up my diet and kept me motivated with changing up the exercises and pushing me to continue, even through all my complaints. After a few weeks of training I already started to notice my legs and arms toning up. Now after a month and a half on my own, I have enough confidence at the gym to lift weights and keep raising the weight so I can continue to see the results that I want. Without the push Qunoot gave me each session to work harder, and just finish those last few reps, I would still be in my rut, eating junk food to help with the stress of school. Now I have more energy, I feel great, and I’m more motivated to continue to reach my fitness goals. “I thought that I was in pretty good shape, but apparently, not so much. I had just graduated from grad school when I realized the true state of things, and wanted a change in my life. She developed an eating plan that worked with my day to day life, and an exercise regimen that I could tackle each and every day that we met.
