Qunoot Sharafi – Personal Trainer
Qunoot Sharafi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Educator. She is the founder of Real Results Inc. (www.RealResults-Inc.com), which serves the North Shore Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois – Northfield, Skokie, Evanston, Morton Grove, Des Plaines, Winnetka, Wilmette, Glenview, and Northbrook. Qunoot serves her clients by utilizing several forms of training and programs, such as Personal Fitness Training, Boot Camps, and Nutritional Services. As well as her exercise services, Qunoot Sharafi has an online healthy cooking series called “Cooking With Qunoot”. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. After working in accounting for a year and a half she decided to leave her career to follow her passion for Personal Training and Fitness. Currently she is enrolled in a culinary program for associates in Culinary Arts, as well as Culinary Science.
Now she helps people achieve results as safely and quickly as possible! She takes pride in assisting people in reducing weight, losing body fat, decreasing stress, increasing strength and lean muscle mass, as well as, improving metabolism and enhancing energy. Working together prior patients have seen a significant change in range of motion, speed, balance, stress relief, and an enhancement in overall well being. She also holds public speaking events such as healthy cooking demos and boot camps for large groups and companies.
“During my college years I was a full time student going to two different schools and taking double the amount of credits allowed. With that hectic schedule I found myself gain 40lbs almost overnight. Once I completed my degree (in a hectic 2 year period!) and began my career in accounting, I knew it was time for a change. I began going to the gym consistently and found happiness in the results and the stress relief that it provided. Soon enough, I found myself addicted to the pursuit of fitness, which is when I decided to leave my career in accounting to follow my passion for training and teaching people to live a healthier lifestyle. In my free time I enjoy working out, cooking, watching standup comedy, and of course eating!”
