Roasted Garlic Yogurt Dip 4 servings 1 bulb garlic 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt ¼ cup olive oil Juice of ½ a lemon Salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the top or the garlic bulb exposing all cloves. Place on aluminum foil on top of a sheet tray.
