Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins
Recipe
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¾ cups cane sugar**
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
¾ cup skim milk
½ cup blueberry sugar free applesauce
1 cup blueberries
Cooking Instructions:
Mix together the egg, vanilla extract, skim milk, fat free Greek yogurt, blueberry sugar free applesauce. Then mix remaining dry ingredients to mixture. Fold in blueberries into the batter. Spray cupcake tins with pam spray and evenly distribute batter into 12-15 cupcake tins. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
